ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

David Choyne is an associate in the Tax, Trusts and Estates Department. He advises high net-worth individuals and families on estate and gift planning by integrating asset protection, lifetime gifting strategies and business succession planning. David drafts a wide range of documents, including wills and trusts, as well as insurance trusts, charitable trusts, dynasty trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, spousal limited access trusts and intentionally defective grantor trusts.
David is an active member of the New York City Bar, where he currently serves on the Estate & Gift Taxation Committee. He earned his B.A from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a Trusts and Estates Attorney at a mid-sized New York law firm.
