Program Coordinator

The Trail Conference is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator to support our program in partnership with local land managers, partner organizations, and volunteer leaders. This position will serve as the Trail Conference’s primary liaison in the region they are assigned to represent. They will provide support for projects, advisement on challenges, facilitation for meetings, and training opportunities for trail-related skills. The position will report to the Trail Program Manager and work closely with Trail Conference staff and volunteers as well as numerous partner agencies.

Part-Time Opportunities

Fulfillment Coordinator

The Trail Conference is seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator to administer the day-to-day operations of the Trail Conference Marketplace, both online and at our Headquarters; oversees order processing and fulfillment, inventory management, customer service, and marketing of publications and other sales products, in accordance with Trail Conference policies and procedures; manages the front desk and its volunteers. This is a part-time position reporting to the Trail Conference’s Advancement Coordinator.

MEVO Summer Trail Crew Intern

MEVO (Mahwah Environmental Volunteers Organization, Inc.) in partnership with the Trail Conference is recruiting hard-working college students with the desire to make a groundbreaking impact on our ecological future for our 2021 Trail Crew. Serving May through August, this internship is designed for passionate and positive individuals who want to make a difference as leaders in environmental conservation, advocate for ecologically sensitive management of park systems, and work physically hard building low-impact hiking trails.
