Artists who are Trail Conference members may submit digital images of up to three artworks for an entry fee of $15. Non-members will pay an entry fee of $25. Work must be framed and ready for hanging.
All two dimensional work will be considered, including photography. Please submit only works that have not been shown in the Trail Conference Gallery previously. The exhibition, at the Trail Conference Headquarters, 600 Ramapo Valley Road, Mahwah, NJ, will run from January 11 - March 5.
After paying the registration fee, you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit your art works.

- Digital Submissions Accepted: Thursday, October 4 through Monday, November 12
- Acceptance Notice to Artists: After Tuesday, November 6
- Delivery of Artwork: Monday January 7 – Wednesday January 9, 2019
- Exhibition Opens: Friday, January 11, 2019
- Opening Reception: Thursday, January 17, 2019 5:30 – 7:30 pm
- Exhibition Closes: Tuesday, March 5, 2019
- Pick-up of Unsold Artwork: Wednesday March 6 - Friday March 8, 2019
